How do I ...
... add a new chair or table?
Move your mouse over "Show actions ..." and click on the desired item in the dropdown menu. One or more of the items you selected will populate the box below the menu. The display will contain at most the number of available pieces, but if more then can be displayed are available you can repeat these steps to show more items.
Once the chairs or tables are displayed you can move a piece onto the floor of the display by dragging and dropping. The piece will be resized to match the current zoom level.

... move a chair or table to a new location?
You can move a single item by clicking and dragging it to the desired location. If you have selected more then one item (see '... select one or more items to manipulate' below) then all the selected items will be dragged together.
... rotate a chair or table?
Right click on a selected piece that you want to rotate. In the popup enter the amount of degrees you want in the appropriate input box and press .
If you have more then one item selected (see '... select one or more items to manipulate' below) then all of them will be rotated.

... copy a chair or table?
Right click on the item you want to copy, or, if you have selected more then one item (see '... select one or more items to manipulate' below), click on any single selected item. Click on 'Copy selected items' in the popup window, and then hold down the <ctrl> key and left click where you wish to place the copied item(s).
If you have selected more then one item to be copied then all the selected items will be copied to the new location relative to the orginal positions.

... make the image larger?
Move your mouse over "Show actions ..." and select "Zoom in". The image and all pieces placed on the floor will be enlarged by a step.
... make the image smaller?
Move your mouse over "Show actions ..." and select "Zoom out". The image and all pieces placed on the floor will be made smaller by a step.
... select one or more items to manipulate?
Hold down the <ctrl> (control) key and click on each of the pieces you wish to select. Selecting multiple pieces allows you to take group actions such as creating copies or moving or rotating. Note that rotating items as a group, such as chairs around a table, will not reposition the individual items.
NOTE: Clicking on the 'remove' link will remove all the selected items from the display!

... de-select one or more selected items?
Clicking anywhere on the main image except on the toolbox or an existing item will deselect all currently selected pieces. To deselect only one item at a time hold down the <ctrl> (control) key while clicking on a selected item.
